The Atletico Nacional soccer team is working triply hard this week in Eastern Antioquia. 

Argentinean coach, Ramon Cabrero, has designed a plan that includes muscular training first thing in the morning at the La Rondalla Center in Guarne, physical training in the late morning and contact with the ball in the afternoon at a nearby field.

The intense training will come to a close on Sunday afternoon and give way to the final phase of the pre-season in Medellin.

Full of anticipation and impressed by the technique of the players he’s now directing, coach Ramon Cabrero from Spain will debut this Wednesday in Colombia. 

Cabrero will lead Atletico Nacional against Once Caldas in the seventh game of the Colombia-Postobon Cup; the Spaniard said he enjoys working with 4-4-2 and 4-3-1-2 formations.
