Two DMG directives take plea bargains
Daniel Ángel Rueda and Margarita Pabón, both administrators of DMG, accepted the charge of money laundering and accepted a plea bargain from the Attorney General; they must appear for a verification hearing on February 5th and possible sentencing.
The judge in charge of the case decided to separate Rueda and Pabón’s cases from David Murcia’s, owner of the company, who continues to deny the charges. Murcia’s hearing will continue on Tuesday.
