Calculations suggest that 80% of judicial employees in Antioquia are on strike. The Asonal demonstration taking place today is expected to include the participation of judges, district attorneys and legal assistants from all over the department.

There are approximately 500 courts in Antioquia, 300 of them in Medellín. The National Government continues to search for a way out of the judicial paralysis currently affecting the country.
