It’s been 16 days now since the cease of activities by judicial workers, in spite of the agreement to begin negotiations and without a solution in sight.  A rough estimate of effects from this long process already indicates that there are 50 thousand cases without rulings, a number of captures not yet legalized and concessions made due to  expiration of terms.
