Medellín judge halts Oslo project in El Poblado

A Medellín judge ordered   the suspension of the Oslo Priority Interest Housing Project, which had broken ground in the El Tesoro area of El Poblado, after concluding that there were irregularities committed by builders.

The precautionary decision came in response to complaints filed by attorneys for the Balcones de Padua building, a neighbor of the project site. The judge explained that the Oslo project “is not viable or legal (…)”

    Alberteacher thinks that that was a smart decision by authorities….El Poblado is too crowded already…and they don’t even realize there are six or seven underground brooks or strems…Remember not long ago when one of the brooks broke up and six houses came tumbling down? I don’t mean to scare my friends who still live at El Poblado but, if I were them I’d move to the plains….and not complain!
