President Santos hopes to meet with Nicaraguan President, Daniel Ortega, in Mexico and discuss a new border treaty that would be an alternative to the Nov 19th ruling by the International Court of Justice.

However, Nicaraguan Supreme Court Justice, Alba Luz Ramos, said it’s “absurd” to think her country would give up what it gained with the ruling.
