Music and drug traffickers, an inappropriate mix
When the National Police arrived to arrest Camilo Torres Martínez, alias ‘Fritanga’, on the Island of Múcura at 5:00 a.m. on July 1st, Jean Carlos Centeno had just started his second set of songs. The head of the ‘los Urabeños’ criminal gang paid the singer 25 million pesos, not counting the yacht he put at the band’s disposal for transportation.
Centeno said it was the first time he ever performed at one of ‘Fritanga’s’ parties, but others like the reggaetton group ‘Mortal Kombat’ have done it before. The question becomes, is it acceptable for performers to accept payment from drug traffickers? Should artists turn a blind eye when it comes to the illegal activities of those who hire them?

I read the artical in el colombiano.com and; it says a lot more (a long) story about Fritanga’s arrest. question is: how come the translation is so short?, the message is not well deliver to the English speaking readers. I recomend the el colombiano to expand the space for the translation or, motivate the translator to write the entire story.
