Nobody can refuse blood alcohol tests
Viernes, junio 15th, 2012Supporters applauded the approval of a law that penalizes drivers who get behind the wheel even with a low blood alcohol level, between 20 and 39 mg, and makes it mandatory for all drivers to take a blood alcohol test when required by authorities.
Senator Juan Lozano explained that this move reinstates the criterion of zero tolerance towards anyone who drives even after just one drink. Nobody, no matter their status or checkbook, can refuse a blood alcohol test.
