		<description>Alberteacher thinks that that was a smart decision by authorities....El Poblado is too crowded already...and they don&#039;t even realize there are six or seven underground brooks or strems...Remember not long ago when one of the brooks broke up and six houses came tumbling down? I don&#039;t mean to scare my friends who still live at El Poblado but, if I were them I&#039;d move to the plains....and not complain!</description>
