Greenhouse tomatoes, rare in the Southwestern region, avocado and oneco mandarin are the main products, but chili peppers, lulo and gherkin are also grown.

12 local workers are employed on the farm and when the time comes to harvest more are hired, especially women, to whom the opportunity to obtain some extra income is given. Vizcaya is a model of productivity and proves that land well managed is a prosperous business and food source.

Horsebreaking has its strategy

Martes, septiembre 30th, 2008

A horse in the hands of a bad horsebreaker can wind up hurt with bad habits that are tough to rid him of. When choosing a tamer, keep in mind his experience and the recommendations of people who know his work.

Two types of horsebreaking known in the field are traditional and natural. The first implies the use of force and sometimes even abuse, the second applies equine psychology and does not use physical punishment.
